Return & Exchange Policy

At Priko Fajas, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and product quality. Due to the intimate nature of our garments, we do not offer refunds or returns under any circumstances.

We only allow exchanges for size, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Exchange Conditions

• Exchanges are only permitted for size adjustments.
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all exchanges.
• The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• All original tags and packaging must be intact.
• Products that show signs of use, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.
• Promotional or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.

Important Notice

Because our products are considered intimate garments, they cannot be reused once worn. For this reason, all exchange requests are subject to strict inspection and approval by Priko Fajas.

If your exchange is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed. Failure to meet the above conditions may result in rejection of your request.

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning items for exchange, as well as any applicable reshipping fees.
